Refund my Money back.

  1. I would like to request a refund of all the default charges that have been applied to my account.
    Recently there has been unfair deductions from my account on part of administrative chargers etc.

    Under the Unfair Terms in Consumer charges must reflect administration costs and cannot be punitive. I believe that the last charge I made on my account stating default/late payment of chargers are unlawful as they do not reflect the true cost of going into an unauthorised overdraft as there has been regular payment of charges thus the default/late payment penalties are not applicable.

    Please repay this money in full and remove any default notices within 14 days. If this is not done, I will begin a claim against you for the full amount, plus interest and my costs.
    Your early action will be highly appreciated.
