Reload failed but deducted to bank acct

    Hi.
    I need help. Last friday i made 2 reload transactions but failed and was deducted on my acct. Now i got intouch with my bank and they said razer already took the money out now i hve difficutly being in contact with them. Any insight ot help would be much appreciated

    Yes i did. I sent a ticket and i got an answer 3 days later saying my bank is holding on to the money. I got my money back after 15 days btw. :)
