Ola galera, comprei um mouse essential da razer e gostaria de registrar o produto e também resgata uma arma no CFAL, porém acusa não ser o mesmo serial de id (PM) com o do produto (RZ).
As informações estão certas, alguém poderia me ajudar.
Obs: Comprei o mouse da Shoope Mercado pertencente a china, influência algo?
E também os programas da razer para configurar o mouse não quer iniciar mesmo instalado, alguma solução?
