I've been trying to return a computer for over ten days but i don't have an address to return it to.

I've tried using your return form, but it doesn't work for Canadian orders and there is no equivalent on the Canadian Razer site (it just links to the USA Return form.

Also, your Support form isn't accepting my phone number s valid, so I can't go that way, either.

I'm finding the Return process hopelessly complicated.

I have been getting the same issues. I've contacted Razer four times. No phone number is provided. I need to return this equipment, and they are not making it easy.

Now an RMA number has been created but they made it for a different type of return.

This is very frustrating.
