RMA stucked in transit for 10 days

Hi Razer

I sent a ticket for my razer viper v2 pro in the beginning of September because the dongle wasn’t working, after days of troubleshooting and I got a dongle replacement, now it has been stuck in transit for 10 days, and I don’t get anymore responses and updates from customers service, also the fedex tracking just shows pending and in transit. The problem has already been a month and still unsolved, can I get some help as I really need my mouse in wireless.
