Hello, I own a RazerBlade 15 Mercury White, listed as rz09-0301 on the underside of the unit. I am trying to determine a few things:

What drivers.razersupport.com page can I reference for drivers and documentation?
Many of the models have a slightly different version than rz09-0301, I have not found a page with this exact model number. The closes I found is rz09-0301x here - https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3683 - but then this page states the model numbers are: RZ09-03017 and RZ09-03018. Are these the same model?

What is the original Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver version distributed with this laptop?
My RazerBlade has been experiencing failing intel graphics drivers and I would like to roll back the driver to the original version. Currently the driver version is listed as 26.20.100.7261 but it may have been updated by windows or the Razer Driver update tool.

Error received:
Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered.
This occurs while using a graphic intensive application.

It would be best to send me the serial number of the laptop instead. I can submit a recovery image request on your behalf. You can then use that to roll back the drivers to the factory defaults.

This is typically hardware-related. It could be temp spikes causing the drivers to crash, but it could also be a malfunctioning chip.
