Mouse has locked up AGAIN while playing TF2. I checked the Event Viewer and the Razer Chroma SDK Server (service) has been crashing every 5 minutes over and over again, all day, every day.

Wow, it's been over a year of constant problems with Synapse and this is the first time I've been directed to an actual method to send logs. (Besides Synapse Feedback, which fails over and over again anyways.)
Really, though the Synapse Feedback log collector should actually work without 50 retries.
