Some Game sounds are tinny

As soon as I booted the first game on my new pc, it sounded great overall but strangely specific sounds sound tinny. Some examples in JC3 is that explosions, the engine sound of the rigged vehicles, and the jet-wingsuit all sound tinny. But every other game sound isn't.

I have found no way to get rid of the tinniness and some help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Which Razer device is affected, is it your Razer Blade or a headset? Does the issue happen to other computer apps/programs?

I am using the Razer Kraken TE, and only sounds in games are affected.

Thanks for letting me know. By the way, have you tried testing the headset to a different game? Please close Razer Synapse 3.0 by right-clicking the Razer Synapse icon found on the system tray. Disable the Razer Razer Synapse 3.0 by selecting "Exit Synapse" and observe. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number. Let's continue from there.
