Synapse 3 not detecting games in THX

I have encountered this problem ever since i have used the razer Blackshark v2 when I go to the thx setting its not detecting any of my game and i cannot add any ether i have tried many time to reinstall synapse but still the same problem i have searched for a solution but could not find one dose anyone know a solution to this problem.

Please indicate what version of Windows your PC is running. For now, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the Synapse by following this guide.

Please let me know if you've been able to fix your issue, and how you did it. I've done a number of clean installs of Synapse 3 (Windows 10 v2004) since I received my V2s last week, and I am still having the same problem.

Is it possible for you to roll back to Windows version 1909 or older? In any case, please send me the serial number of your headset so I can help you further isolate the issue.
