Synapse Issues after newest update

So I recently received an update for Razer Synapse 3 (on Windows 10) and everything was running fine until I restarted my computer. I received a corrupted file message for Cortex (which fixed itself shortly after bluescreening my computer), then an update message for synapse 3 appeared again, but this time it wouldn't install. I restarted the entire Razer Central program and it finally installed the update. But now Cortex works just fine, while synapse gives me a message saying that the program is either not designed to run on Windows or contains an error. So I restarted it and received the same message. I then attempted to uninstall and reinstall synapse, even tried the repair feature, and each time it starts then freezes halfway through. I even let it sit overnight but with no results. Again cortex fixed itself, while synapse no longer works and won't repair or uninstall.

Im having this same issue. Just got a new Razer headset in addition to already having a Razer mouse and keyboard. When Synapse tried updating, it sits in a loop and wont install.

Update: Was finally able to force uninstall it by deleting the files manually, and the installer finally worked and uninstalled the rest of the core files I couldn't manually uninstall, but now synapse won't even install even with a new installer downloaded, it does the same freezing thing. Pls fix this, I'm tired of my stuff not functioning right

UPDATE: So i tried installing synapse again, only to have it freeze once more. Went in to my files Only to find out that the old synapse was still there. It won't uninstall no matter what I do, and i can't download another version because of it. It even told me it had uninstalled it, and that it was removed, yet when i went in, it's still marked down as an application (A full one at that) and will not go away no matter what i do. It's preventing me from downloading another version of it.
