Synapse Not Opening, but in Process List


I'm currently facing an issue with Razer Synapse where it will not open. It does not have the message "Failed to Start" like I have seen some other users facing. It briefly shows that it is running in my processes list, as you can see in the screenshot, but disappears. I've tried reinstalling, and ensured it is not blocked by my firewall. I also attempted starting the services with PowerShell as an Administrator, to which it states they are already running. All to no avail. Installing an older version of Synapse (2.0) led to none of my devices being recognized, but launching. Thank you for any help I can get in advance!
