I have a Razer Blade 15” bought in June of 2019. Upon a recent Windows update the touchscreen has stopped working and does not appear in the Device Manager under Human Interface Devices.
There is now a listing in the Universal Serial Bus Controllers that is "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) that is blinking when I touch the screen. I have not been able to locate a firmware update or driver for the touchscreen on this particular machine.
Is there a driver available for this model? : RZ09-02887E52
I have followed the protocol for resetting this on the razer support page, but the touchscreen will not appear on the HID list.
All else is well with the machine, but I used the touchscreen often, and it seems as simple as a driver install.
