Transaction Pending, Money Deducted, 0 Support Response

    I made a transaction 4 hours ago and the process was stuck pending even though it deducted funds from my card. I requested a support ticket immediately and waited patiently for hours with 0 response. I submitted a second ticket to no avail. Does anyone know why the customer service is so poor? I'd like to either have my transaction processed or refunded.
