Trying to get help, now need help to get help

My razer kaira pro came in yesterday, ive updated them and the like glitch out or have audio issues when playing games. Now ive tried to get contact support from razer, then the website asks for serial number. Ok lets follow the guide it provids me. It doesnt have my product. So Instead it says usually on audio products its on the left ear cup, i take off the ear muff, dont see the serial number. So my questions are, how do I find my serial number on the razer karia pro for xbox. And then my question for support is what is wrong with my product/how can i fix it

This issue may have something to do with its firmware. By the way, on which platform are you having this issue? Does it behave the same on all other games? PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use those to verify its model and advise you accordingly.

You can find the serial number on the box. There is also a guide on the manual of the headset.
