Unable to register product - Invalid product number


I am not able to register my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed that i just bought. It says that i have a invalid product number. Please help.

same here , says product number doesnt match serial number

Does anyone know what's going on with this issue?
When I had this problem, I had to find the model and serial number on the box, rather than the one on the mouse itself. I was finally able to register it.

I m having the same issue with my bored, i used the number on the box and didn't work o.o()

it works. Using the P/N printed on the actual box, not the one in the barcode sticker. Thanks Dave
Ooh i m having problems with the s/n i got the P/N okay :3
I tired calling them or use the chat and its bz 😞 cos of the virus
trying to register a new gigantus v2 mouse pad. there's no s/n available on it or the box. i was able to do it before with my other mouse pad no problem. this is really frustrating. Any combination I try, it says P/N Invalid.
