Lost my Viper Ultimate Bluetooth dongle and from what I've read on the forums you can't replace it. Kinda silly considering the mouse itself set me back $150, but what I'm more confused about is the dongle pairing utility: can I use it to pair my mouse with any old Bluetooth dongle?

The Mouse Pairing Utility helps with connecting to your old or new dongle. Anyways, we can try to request a spare dongle for your Viper Ultimate. I can submit a ticket request for one on your behalf if it's available in your region. If you want to give it a try, PM me the serial number of your device along with your mailing address so I can check it for you.
