Warranty Support: Razer Blade Stealth (2019)

    Hello! My name is Jackson and I am having some difficulties with renewing or checking on my warranty on my 2019 Blade Stealth 13, FHD, MX150.

    I went through an RMA in May, so this is my second machine. I would like to see if I can extend my warranty farther, just in case of another failure.

    Before you ask, yes, I have contacted support, but to no avail, as of yet. Phone is down and chat is done by a bot with prompts that don't correspond to my issue at hand. So, this is pretty much my last hope, before I decide to just sell this laptop out of fear of loosing another one (I really don't appreciate products that fail within the manufacturer's warranty period), and going with something else more reliable.

    If you have any suggestions on how to progress, please let me know. Thanks and take care!
