Weird issues with all equipment disconnecting simultaneously.

My Razer equipment has been having a weird issues with disconnects. My headset cuts out completely, and the RGB on all my equipment shuts off and turns back on simultaneously. The mouse and keyboard still function, just don't have lights. It also briefly freezes my computer. Happens with greater frequency the more I use my computer. When I first log on, it doesn't happen for an hour or so, then it happens every couple of minutes, then a couple times per minute, then literally about every 5 - 10 seconds. Here are some things I've tried:

Restarting my computer seems to either help a little bit or not at all.

I have uninstalled Razer Synapse and reinstalled it.

Malwarebytes did not find any malicious software on my computer.

In Razer Synapse, I individually reset all of my equipment.

I've been having this same problem for months and have even encountered people that have it as well. There is no fix for it other than replacing the items or even just going with another brand. Sad as fuck, honestly.
My current setup is Razer Blade 15(2018)/Razer Blade 15(2020) with Razer Core X Chroma, and oh boy!! I have sorta became my own IT Support for years now tryin to fix this issues and nothing seems to permanently fix the problem aside from completely uninstall Synapse 3.0 and forget the RGB Syncing, which of course beating the idea of buying the ecosystem.

I have the following Peripherals:
Nommo Chroma
Black Widow v3 Pro (Wireless)
Lancehead (Wireless)
Raptop 27
Nari
Goliathus Choma
Chroma HDK
Laptop Stand v2
Base Station Chroma

I've done the following but it didn't fix the issues:

- Reset all peripherals, including the Synapse 3.0.
- Clean re-installing the Synapse 3.0

- Installing this driver
https://egpu.io/forums/postid/87914/
- Device Manager > USB Universal Serial Bus Controllers right click, Properties > Power Management and uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" do this to everything else.
- Right click the battery on lower right corner, go to Power Options, click "Change Plan Settings" (of your current plan), click "Change advance power settings" look for "USB Settings" and make sure both is Disabled.

My current fix
- Do not use the Core X's and Laptops IOs, Buying a USB data Hub, own power supply.
https://www.amazon.com/USB-HUB-Multiport-Ethernet-SuperSpeed/dp/B07GLP8SD1/ref=sr_1_33_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=data+usb+hub&qid=1620196986&sr=8-33-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzQkhUNEJBTkFIVFY4JmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNzk0MzQ4OFUyVFhXNFJSOFpUJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA4NTMyMjMyQ1MyNEdTUjlOWkNZJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYnRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
- and only use the Static Color for all your Razer Peripherals. with this a notice the disconnecting issues is not much often, the only peripherals that does disconnect often is the Nommo and rarely Lancehead.

I tried every fix that I can get from people around the forum but nothing seems to fix the issues. these issues only occur when I'm Using my Laptop and Core, but If I connected the Hub via PC (Alienware Alpha R1) I'm not getting these issues even with an extravagant RGB Lighting animation/transitions or whatever. Also with the Laptop and Core setup, I don't have any disconnecting issues with Synapse 3.0 completely uninstalled, but again, beating the idea of buying the ecosystem.

Hopefully you find your fix, please let me know if one of the following fixed your problem, if you've done something differently and it fixes your issues with Synapse, please let me know. I'm still dying from time to time and using the Static RGB one color only. :slightly_sad:
Hi the same thing happens to me with my kraken kitty and my lancehead but at one point I disconnected even my corsair keyboard
I stopped using the headphones as it was super annoying, besides the audio was also cut off and I have no longer had problems with the mouse and keyboard, however I would like to use my headphones but I have not been able to... have they found a solution?

Does the issue occur when Razer Synapse is running in the background? Were there any changes applied to your system or device? Let's isolate the behavior by following the steps from this link. Let see if it helps. Otherwise, send me a PM together with your device's serial number that starts with SN.
