Pracitse over and over again. Watch some YouTube videos on the specific game, learn some new tips on how to improve. Practise your aim training on maps, dedicate more time to the game, and make sure to relax.

dont be afraid to make mistakes and learn from it. go to replay mode if its applicable and know the possible things that will happen if you didnt do your mistake. and learn the meta of the game

Also, I wanted to add that, if you do make mistakes, sometimes they will be costly towards your teammates perhaps, however, other times if you get lucky, they may be really useful and perhaps you may want to do it again, but with more strategy and careful planning.

I just play games a lot, and really enjoy them, not to flex but 2.3k hours on CS:GO 🙂, and I've had A LOOOOT of experiences especially with improving I feel like.

Also, teammwork is key, if you have bad team communication / lack of communication, it could lead to you and your team losing or playing bad as a whole.

You need a lot of hours for CS GO. I have 5600 hours but I would say once you get to around 2000 hours you are pretty decent at the game. You should also play with people in a higher skill group than you. You will learn more from good players than you do from bad players. You may play bad with them but you will still learn a lot.

True + Watch videos from some pros as well, they might be able to influence you to do some pretty good stuff in game.

If they are bad, you can either carry the team or just lose. Playing with friends will improve teamwork and communication and lead to more wins.

In CS:GO, since every is talking about it in this topic, if you want to improve, you should learn the economy mechanic, aswell the shooting mechanics and recoil patterns. Doing this will give you a better sense of the game, when to buy or to eco, aswell as understanding what your opponent might buy, and allow you to control better the weapons.

You just gotta keep playing and building that muscle memory. The more you play a game the more used you're gonna get to situations in which you're unprepared and don't know what to do. Eventually you'll have an automatic response to all of those situations and you can just focus on improving other things.
