Whenever i try to reinstall razer synapse 3.0 and cortex the installer crashes

i used to have razer synapse and cortex installed but one day day they wouldn`t open so i attempted a clean reinstall but when i tired to redownload it would got to 1 or 8% then crash i`ve tried deleting all my razer apps,stopping and starting razer central service and etc nothing seems to work
