  1. I ordered 2 laptops that were supposed to come with Red Dead redemption2. The laptops arrived over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my copy of red dead 2. I have tried calling to no avail, your mailbox is full. I have sent you an email. I have attempted to chat with you. At this point, the only thing I haven't tried is smoke signals. can someone return my email, call, chat, carrier pigeon, smoke signal so I know what is going on?
     
  2. I might have made a mistake purchasing a razer. I need customer support to be more responsive. based on what i have seen from the threads posted I made a huge mistake. Great laptop Terrible service, there is always a catch.
     
  3. i received the red dead redemption code. i appreciate the way you took care of the situation. within a few hours i received my codes. support could use some help. i think the issue is its a holiday season and you guys might not have anticipated the influx of customers. Either way thanks for working out that issue
