why i cant adjust my digital vibrance | Razer Insider

why i cant adjust my digital vibrance

Hi All --
When I use Booster Prime to try adjusting digital vibrance (specific game is VALORANT), it doesn't let me. I can adjust brightness and contrast, but not hue and saturation. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling Cortex and unintalling/reinstalling VALORANT, but it didn't work. Any ideas?

Hey there!

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to us here. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex technical support team. I will be happy to assist you with your issue.

The feature MAKE ADJUSTMENTS is related closely to your GPU. If you cannot adjust hue and saturation, it means your GPU is not dedicated enough or supported to set this feature.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

But my GPU is RTX3060 why it not dedicated enough or supported to set this feature.

Hey there!

Thank you very much for sharing your rig info with us.

Sometimes, we do not have much info on the GPU, which means Cortex does not have more details that allow it to MAKE ADJUSTMENTS for a supported game in Booster Prime. Not always because it is not dedicated enough.

We will report this issue to our engineering team. Once we have enough GPU info, we will support it as soon as possible in the next update.

Finally, we sincerely invite you to be our Cortex 10 Beta tester. Please click on 'CORTEX 10 BETA' at the right top to upgrade it.

Please feel free to let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you very much for your patience.

Hey there!

Thank you for sharing your issue with us here. If it says not supported, it means Razer Cortex does not have enough information on your GPU to help you optimize your game according to the current PC setting. We update the database regularly to add more GPU and CPU types, we will support it as soon as we can.

Thank you for your patience.

Hey there!

Thank you for sharing your concern with us! You can try to update your drivers. If the Digital Vibrance option is still grayed out, it means that your graphics card or monitor does not support such adjustments.
