Why man? It’s just a headset, how can it be this hard

Is customer service not a thing anymore? Cause I can tell you one thing, this company has treated an entire generation of Xbox and PlayStation players like absolute fucking garbage, with complete fucking strain, by how impossible it is to get the information of, if these shitty usb headsets even work on console and how they can connect their headsets. I have a razer kraken ultimate, does it work on Xbox series x? Why is this information so hard to get. The internet said usb headsets should work, but this piece of shit is doing absolutely nothing and I’m going through a relatively hellish amount of websites and YouTube videos to be left with nothing but a shitty headset that’s changing colours and nothing else. Can anyone help me with this headset? It cost a lot of money.
