Wolverine Ultimate echo

So ive had my wolverine ultimate controller for about 9 months. the first 4 months it has worked and preformed amazingly, but the past 5 months I’ve had a awful echo. Just about Every headset I use there is an echo. The echo isn’t just any echo this echo is on drugs. They can hear everything I hear as clear as I can hear it. It makes it very very annoying playing games where me and my friends need to use sound to play the game. I’ve tried Steel series, Corsair, Razer, hyperx cloud alphas, and turtle beaches. The only headset that didn’t have a echo were the turtle beaches. I made sure it wasn’t the headsets fault for echoing by using my other controller. With my other controller nothing echoed but as soon as I went back to the wolverine it echoed. I have no clue why it’s doing good this. I really really like this controller but the echo is killing my vibe for it hard I’ve managed to put up with it for 5 months but now I’m kinda fed up seeing as I just bought new a headset and it still echos. PLEASE HELP ME.
