try opening up razer synapse and delte all your macros. it helped for me :wink_:

    My Blackwidow ultimate is not working anymore.. the letter m keeps malfunctioning with others. it mmight be over the warrenty but I hardly used it.. .I will no longer purchase a keyboard from mouse fromm razer. im actually done with them... and ive sold any many many for them.
