Add Snap-tap function to Tartarus Pro

Are there any plans to add the snap-tap functionality that was just announced for the new Huntsman V3 Pro models to the Tartarus Pro? This would make it a truly killer FPS accessory. This has been my biggest complaint with the device, the response is a little slow when trying to change strafe directions.

Fundamentally it's the same keyboard just half of it so they should be able to do it.

would it work for the Huntsman V2 Analog? don’t feel like forking near 300 euros on another keyboard when this one is working.

That would be perfect. It would solve some of the ghosting issues. I've spent so many years using the Tartarus pro I can't go back to regular keyboard. Pares well with my Viper Mini SE and V3Pro.

It would be incredibly nice to have

I also would love this feature added to the Tartarus Pro.

I hope so

they added rapid trigger pretty quick, so I’m hoping this feature also gets passed down to other devices soon

I hope Razer adds this function to the Tartarus Pro. Companies don't usually add new functions to old products to force people to buy new ones. However, Wooting added a similar function to its keyboards, and supported all products, even very old ones. I'm testing Wooting's function, but it doesn't seem to be the same as Snap Tap, so I wanted to try it out on my Tartarus Pro.

We can only wait =/.

As a dedicated Tartarus user, i absolutely want this. Whether that mean a new Tartarus or just giving us access with the current model.

I cannot go back to a regular keyboard.

Tartarus users rejoice! Synapse 4 has added Snap-tap to all keyboards. I will test later to see if the Tartarus pro was included.

This better not be a joke 😭 keep us posted. Thank you

I didn’t see snap-tap options. Also Synapse 4 is still in beta so there’s no Cloud Syncing, which means your profiles will all be reset.

Waiting for my Wooting 80HE then getting rid of the Tartarus.

Is this a joke? There's no snap tap on the Tartarus pro with the beta synapse

Looks like they have to update it Synapse 4 firmware first

Itzahoneybadger

Is there any word on if/when they will update the firmware?

I've been looking.

Itzahoneybadger

Appreciate it. Let us know if you find out anything. 👍

I tried downloading synapsys 4 just to see if the function would become unabled and as far as I can tell we don't have the ability yet on the Tartarus

Same here. Truly disappointing. Hopefully a firmware update comes out soon that enables the feature.
