I can see that the Tartarus Pro is on the “Coming Soon” list for Snap Tap.
Anyone has any leaks or insider info as to when this wil happen?

Throwing yet another hat into the “Snap Tap for Tartarus Pro” campaign. I’ve been using similar devices since it was the Nostromo N52. When Razer bought it from Belkin, I was so happy because I knew it would get better software support and hardware upgrades and Razer hasn’t let me down.

Please please please bring Snap Tap to the Tartarus.

Sooo still waiting…  Just trying to keep the dream alive.  Been using the Tartarus Pro for about two years now, and would love to see snap tap added as a feature.

I have Tartarus v2 and it has Snap Tap in it. Today I bought Tartarus Pro and was very surprised that the more modern PRO lacks this feature. I was very unpleasantly surprised. I was counting on an upgrade, but I got a downgrade.  Razer, how's that?

Well that’s a real kick in the analog switches… ☹️

They did it! They added SnapTap. But unfortunately, only to the A+D keys. But this is already a big progress

After the update, it is impossible to set the buttons on the d-pad (up, down). Synapse seems to assign them, but in fact they remain default. This is a bad, very bad Razer. It's time to get out your Tartarus v2. There are no such issues with it. The Tartarus pro left a very negative impression

I’ve had this issue with other keys and I had to remove the driver and reinstall synapse. Super glad to hear they finally came through with snap tap though!

Can you tell me which driver you removed? Because reinstalling Synapse didn't work. Do you mean removing the device from the Device Manager and updating it? Thx

I noticed a feature that if you reset the profile and remap a key on the d-pad, it won't reset. However, if you remap any numeric key, the d-pad keys will reset to their default values. Although the synapse shows new values. I've tried all the resets except for reinstalling windows. Can someone check if this is the case after the update?
