Keyboard will not work w/o synapse, cannot log in to my pc with keyboard, i have made sure that all firmware is current, downloaded the new synapse, still not working. anyone able to help me out?
also on windows 11, not sure if that matters

Have you tested in on another PC without Synapse?
i haven’t and it’s the black widow v3 quartz edition, i have also had the board for awhile and it’s just recently started doing the like 2ish months ago
can confirm it does work on another pc w/o synapse
