Backspace Key not working on Cynosa v2 razor keyboard

I am having a issue where the backspace key on my keyboard is not working. I have tried to update the drivers and hard reset the keyboard. Nothing is working and I would like to know if there is one more thing I could try before I have to return it and use the warranty.

    Try it on another PC without Synapse installed. If it's still not working - RMA it.
