Hello, I have the following problem. My keyboard has always worked without any problems. However, last month the keys "Q,W,E,R,T,Z,U,I,O,P,Ü" stopped working. You press them and they light up, but no input is made. The other keys work without any problems. The last time I was away from the computer for a while out of frustration, and suddenly the keys started working again. Now the same problem has occurred again. I have googled and tried everything possible.
Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall your keyboards drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow Chroma and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t work, then send me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
