Soo I try to use my keyboard as wireless for a while but before that I got a problem with battery is not charging up so I thought that might be the reason why I can’t use my 2.4ghz but it still not work, I try to use Razer keyboard pairing utility but it can’t find my USB dongle even tho I changed to different USB port then I try to use, then I also try to update Hyper Speed Dongle it can’t find my dongle when I plug in, I so sad abt it is there any solution through this? or I need a replacement for the dongle? Please help me.
