Black widow2019 won't work with synapse3
for the first 2 days it was fine then on 10th July evening it started having problems with connection and chroma settings. The keyboard would connect and disconnect within seconds 4 ever and if I reinstalled the synapse for a while it seems fine then I go to the chroma studio to change the RGB settings it won't work on my keyboard. My mouse is fine sometimes it does also have connection issues with synapse but not as severe as my keyboard. so now I'm using my razer device without synapse. Does anyone have the same issue? or is it just me?:frown_:

Peripheral disconnection can be intermittently annoying~~~
Try attempt the followings~
- Uninstall all RAZER applications
- Update your windows 10
- Create a new administrator account
- Install RAZER application under the new admin account
Sye_The-VieI tried it and it still won't work. and today i took my keyboard to work i plugged it into my office pc and still same problem even though that its first time ever plugging razer device into this computer.
