The "A" key on my Blackwidow Chroma V2 keyboard does not work when I press the "ctrl" and "shift" keys simultaneously.

    Add a new/fresh settings profile in Synapse software, and check if it will work.

    Is there any other software running in background, that may "intercept" the CTRL SHIFT combination (for eg. some broadcasting software, Intel Graphics drivers etc.)

    That's not it, I tested it on another computer and it doesn't work either ...
