Hello, i need help here. My keyboard a and q doenst work after synapse 2 update, if i press Q nothing happen if i press A it randomly pressing another button. already tried uninstaling and instaling synapse 2/3 then changing pc also hard resetting the keyboard but, the problem persist.

If the problem persist on another PC without Synapse installed, then you have HW problem. Did you've spilled something on your keyboard?

maybe? its shared keyboard in living room i will try to flip my keyboard and leave it then. thanks!

Flipping it over won't fix it. It'll require manual cleaning with brush + isopropyl alcohol, but it requires keyboard disassembly to clean the kb motherboard.
