blackwidow chroma v2 lights only responding with every keys pressed but registering on pc

I have my blackwidow chroma V2 working 2-3 days ago. suddenly when i came from work and use my unit, keys are not working but when i press those keys lights are coming exactly for each keys but only lights ,  but it is not responding on computer. i tried reinstalling fully the synapse but still same issue

i fixed it. i saw same thing here also. for anybody have same issue.  
1. unplug keyboard

  1. hold ESC + CAPS LOCK
  2.  plug keyboard
  3.  release ESC + CAPS LOCK
