Hi everyone! I wanted to ask if someone has had the same issues as myself. I bought Razer blackwidow chroma V2 a week ago, second hand. Turned it on and everything was good, later on, I wanted to test it out and play with it. Turned it on and after 5 minutes of playing with the RGB in synapse, RGB froze in white, then was not responsive, and lights turned off. Ive been troubleshooting it for th past couple of days, I even changed its cable and RGB still wont come on but keyboard is working. Numpad 0 glows from time to time but that’s it. Seems like it had been watered or it has coffee stains from previous owner, but it is strange that it happened to me right after I bought it. Is it fixable if I disassemble all switches by unsoldering them and make a deep clean of the board from the inside of that steel piece or it is a permanent hardware problem and requires a new chip or a new board

Hey there, @quickFollynexus436

I understand that your Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2’s RGB lighting stopped working after a few minutes of use, froze to white, and is now unresponsive. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
