Blackwidow Elite media shortcut doesn't work

Hello there , I'm having an issue with my black widow elite keyboard media buttons they just stopped working the Play button and the Volume are working fine but the next/previous track buttons are not working I'm using YouTube to open music while playing or doing some work and this problem is pissing me off cuz i have to go to my other screen every time to change the song/video i tried to solve this problem by googling it but there was no solution i don't use Spotify i don't use Google Store Music i only use Chrome to open YouTube and it was working fine until these few weeks idk what happened ..

    This may be an obvious question, but has you set a different assingment for that buttons? Maybe non-intentionally... If not, try to do it, so you will know if it's failing the button or the function.
