My razer blackwidow elite is typing random letters when I press any of the top row of letters. The rest of the letters work but not the top row. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hey,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse is temporarily disabled? You can also try it on another PC. If the same issue persists, then you can drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
