Hello all,
I'm looking for some help with my new Blackwidow Essential.
I have installed Synapse 3 and set it to "Static" rather than breathe.
This was working fine up until yesterday. Now for some reason the keyboard will only do the Breathing effect. Static is selected but it doesn't seem to recognize the input.
Restarting helps, but I don't want to have to restart just to get my keyboard working properly each time.
I can't figure out when it decides to start breathing again as it is seemingly random. It just gets stuck in breathing mode no matter when settings or profiles i choose. I can turn the lights off, but that defeats the purpose of buying a backlit keyboard.

Same problem. it seams it can't save the static option
I am also having the same problem, this is quite annoying i have to pause my typing when it goes dark! I've tried all kinds of ways to force it to save the static setting with no luck whatsoever...
I came onto the forum for help with the exact same issue.
Thank you Razer for the automatic update! Mine is fixed now!!

Even with update, nothing's working still.
Just purchased and will be getting returned if not fixed asap, not sure why breathing is even the default.
As any 1 received fedback from razer ? I dind't...
Time fly ... razer as no answer....
Just an update. I had this working for a while by resetting the Razer app.
However today it has returned and is only solved with reboots.
It really bothers me, i am almost unable to use my PC with the breathing because the effect just really messes with my eyes for some reason.

For some reason last update of synaps and a reboot made everything worked.... i'm confused.
