I have owned the blackwidow v4 mini lightspeed for about 5 months and have only removed the USB dongle from my pc usb port 2 times...and this second time I did it fell apart the metal casing was stuck in the port and all the plastic pieces I had to grab out with tweezers...this is ridiculous for how much I payed for a wireless keyboard just to have the most important part simple fall apart from just being plugged in and your website says your sold out of replacements it should absolutely be under a warranty or somthing for only being about 5 months old....please send me a replacement dongle ASAP...as I said this is completely unacceptable craftsmanship from a trusted gaming company like razer
