Hello hello!
I have had a mac for quite some time now, and I recently bought the blackwidow keyboard. I have not yet received the keyboard but I am pretty sure that the blackwidow keyboard is only compatible with Razer Synapse 3. Razer Synapse 3 is not yet out for Macs, and I was wondering if there was some other way to change the keyboard colors.
Thank you!

No, you're wrong. I have a BlackWindow Elite. To date, the backlight is not stored in the internal memory. When I connect the keyboard to a non-Windows system, the backlight is the same on any profile. On all profiles, the backlight colors automatically switch sequentially. Although I can switch profiles with a standard keyboard shortcut. I was furious when I discovered this keyboard behavior. This is not logical, but it is. I'm not sure that Razer considers this behavior to be a mistake, otherwise it would have been fixed a long time ago. I went to this forum only to quarrel with technical support.
