Blackwidow Keyboard is Reacting to Chroma but not Detected in Synapse

Hey folks,

 

Got a bit of a weird one for you. My Blackwidow Elite v2 isn’t showing up in Synapse, but Chroma is still working. When i turned on the Visualiser in the Chroma Studio my keyboard is reacting to it fine.

 

I’ve tried doing a fresh install of synapse, wiping the drivers and reinstalling, using a different usb port, and checking for any driver/windows updates.

 

Got any ideas for how i can get the keyboard to show up in Synapse? (I need to change some of the keybindings back to default)

Riot Vanguard Anti-cheat software can mess with Synapse and Razer devices, so if you have Valorant installled for eg. then it’ll automatically install. Check if you have this in your OS, then remove it and reboot PC.
