Blackwidow Lite Genuine?

Tried to get support but the serial number was not recognised. I am concerned my new Blackwidow Lite is not genuine as it does not match the images on the web. Namely because the secondary symbols on the keycaps are not fully illuminated It looks like they are on the attached image but they are dark. I have not installed the o-rings on the number or symbol keys

    Genuine. Same as on my BW V2. The secondary symbols are not backlit, because LED light is on the top of the keycap only. Only Razers PBT Keycaps have 2nd symbols next to the primary symbol, and they're illuminated: https://www.razer.com/gaming-keyboards-accessories/razer-pbt-keycap-upgrade-set/RC21-01490100-R3M1
