Hi, i just purchased this keyboard few hours ago, and i try to charge my keyboard, and its alr charged for like 7-8 hours, but it still didn’t fully charged, isit supposed to be that slow? Does anyone also facing issues like this?

You can try updating your keyboard’s firmware. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
