blackwidow te chroma V2 no firmware and key spamming

I have Blackwidow TE Chroma V2
and i cant find a firmware update for it
all the time it spams the OO key (im noot gonna fix the spam letters it makes to show u how annoying it is)
and as well for the M key soometimes and the -- key and the 22 key

PLEASE I SPENT SOO MUCH MOONEY ON THIS KEYBOARD.
JUST HELP!!!! RAZER PLEASE

I’ve been having the same issue (different keys).  And now I just noticed that we don’t have any kind of support (or hope) with getting support from Razer.
