Blackwidow V3 gets 6 dead keys at the same time

A few days ago, my Blackwidow V3 keyboard suddenly had the shift, z, x, v, b, and m keys all become dead keys at the same time. I figured that it may have just been age as I have had it for a few years now, but after restarting my PC several days since the keys went dead, while logging in, the keys were working again which had not happened on previous log ins. As soon as i logged in, the keys were dead again.
Between the keys initially dying and briefly working at log in, I have factory reset my computer. The keys were still dead after my PC was reset and before installing any software from razer. It was only sometime after installing software that the keys briefly worked.

I have reinstalled the drivers which have not fixed the issue. Not sure what to do from here

Hi there, @TrunkMonkers!

Thanks for letting us know about this. Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work, then drop me a message via PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
