Blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed not charging after only 5 months of usage !!

Anyone one experienced any such thing where this keyboard was used only for gaming like RDR2 or COD WZ and it had stopped charging all of a sudden with only 5 months of use ??? Tried charging with other usb c cables and other computers (my laptop) but didnt work. It just keep on showing 1% charging and doesnt go up.

      And how long it work on the battery? Did you've connected it via bluetooth? So you can check in Windows (Settings -> Bluetooth devices) what's the battery status (maybe something is wrong with Synapse, and it's not showing real battery status).

      Thanks buddy sorry for the late reply I lost this thread. yep so at first I used the keyboard on my pc and on laptop with razer synapse on both of them showing similar percentages but yep I guess it was a software bug and later on it resolved.

        It did by itself. It was a software issue I suppose. Now it’s fine. Just keep on using the original wire for charging and in a day or two it’ll show fully charged.

        mine charges fully but when i unplug it the battery drops 50% in less than 1 min

        Ok - looking up the same issue Razer mini - 60% stopped charging and showing 1%. Un plugged put into a different port and verified cable worked.

          I have had mine since August and am now having issues with the charging port.
          It seems to be very picky with how the charging cord is inserted and its positioning. Almost as if the port itself is damaged.

          I’ve had mine since march and it is not working right it will say it’s dead when it’s been plugged in and charging. Plugged it into the computer directly n it said it charged but then it was still dead when I tried to use it.
