blackwidow v3 pro and Synapse

Hello all, New to the wireless keyboard , I got the wireless BW V3 pro, and i set my chroma up to where i had certain keys light up certain colors.. I also have it set up with matching colors and keys on my Tartus like this. Keyboard was working fine for about a week but now when synapse starts the keyboard goes black but the Tartus stays like it supposed to.. and the only way i can get the keyboard to light up at all is to Shut Synapse apps down completely then i just starts that random light show on both of them.. Any advice pls ? and thanks
