Blackwidow v3 pro BT

Hi there,
from one day to the next, my BT function no longer works. A new assignment with fn + 1 to 3 does not work either. The keyboard just stays off. No matter how long I press the two buttons.
I don't think the keyboard is broken, though. Or am I wrong.
Does anyone have a tip for me?
I made the driver update and firmware update and reset the keyboard.

Tried BT driver update? Or at least remove device from BT know devices on your laptop, and add it again?

Yes, I've already done it. And I also tried another BT adapter.

I assume, that BT adapter is minimum 4.0 version?

The keyboard has gone before. And yes I have BT 4 and above. And firmware I already mentioned that I have the latest one above.
The keyboard just doesn't do anything if you hold fn + 1 for at least 5 seconds. Although the LED for the storage space should start blinking.

After this, try to pair KB again.

If even android phones will not see the KB when in pairing mode - I'd RMA it.

Today I got the 3rd keyboard. And you can hardly believe it, it works. Unfortunately, the fact that two keyboards are broken does not speak for Razer. One is the same after unpacking and the first after a few months.

Hello. I have a Razer Blackwiddow V3 Pro wireless and a Basilisk X Hyperspeed. Anyone know if they will work on a single dongle? I tried searching for the mouse with the keyboard dongle but it won't detect. Any help or expertise greatly appreciated.
