Hey, So, there are some questions I have about the quartz edition. 1. Why can I only get the keyboard with green switched but not yellow switches? 2. What should I do if I still want the yellow switches? 3. Is the wrist thingy removeable? Thanks a lot <3

Hey, So, there are some questions I have about the quartz edition. 1. Why can I only get the keyboard with green switched but not yellow switches? [ I think Quartz edition no come with yellow switches reason is production costing problem ! because limit colour still have 2 model to market ! maybe will some stock stuck in market cant target sell will effect profit margin ] 2. What should I do if I still want the yellow switches? [ if u wan limited edition u have to accept green switches , no point buy a keyboard to change the switches burn the warranty ] 3. Is the wrist thingy removeable? [ As i know can remove it ! up to you use it or not ! ] Thanks a lot ❤️

  • Dunno, maybe too nieche, to sell Quartz with Yellow switches.
  • Get black version with yellow keys, and wrap it. You can buy Razer PBT Quartz Keycaps, and replace it.
  • Yes, you can remove it, it's not attached.

Normally i will doing Self Basic troubleshooting test ! [ Step 1 ] Uninstall device driver & synapse , restart reinstall it ! [ Step 2 ] Change another USB port plug in [ Step 3 ] Bring device testing on another PC / Laptop ! if all test done still happen , u have to visit razer website looking CS pro advise ! normal they will ask you to do same Step 1 & 2 !

step 1 and 2 doesn't work it works to other pc

meaning to said Step 3 working right ? for me 2 step for next ! [Step 1] - Flash Bios motherboard to latest version ! but you have know how to do this part , if mistake will wont boots windows like normal . [Step 2] - reformat windows & step by step install back to all software ! monitor which software crash it ! if both step you cant handle it ! please looking professional to advise !
